These Terms apply to purchases and use of beautonyhome.com, the Beau Tony Home online store operated by beau tony Japanese food LLC, with a business contact address at 2717 W Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90006, United States. In these Terms, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to that operator.

Using our website

You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract, or permission from a parent or legal guardian where appropriate. Provide accurate order and contact information. Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malicious software or interference with other customers.

Products and information

We sell kitchen tools, food-preparation accessories and kitchen organization products. Review the product description, included quantity, dimensions, materials and care instructions before ordering. Props in styled images are not included unless the listing expressly says they are.

Product appearance can vary slightly because of lighting and screen settings. Any illustrations or digitally generated images must fairly represent the offered item; they do not authorize us to supply a materially different product. Contact us if information appears unclear or inconsistent.

Orders and payment

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for a genuine reason such as unavailable stock, suspected fraud, an unsupported delivery address or a material listing error. We will notify you and promptly refund payments for items we cannot supply. We will not increase a paid order price or substitute a different product without your agreement.

Prices and transactions are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout before payment. Payment methods are those actually offered at checkout. Prices may change for future purchases without changing the agreed price of an accepted order.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Order Cancellation Policy form part of these Terms. Standard shipping is $5; normal processing is 1–2 business days and estimated transit is 5–8 business days. Eligible returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery, with free return and exchange shipping and no restocking fee.

Safe product use

Use products for their stated purpose and follow the product-specific instructions. Do not assume that a kitchen product is dishwasher safe, heat resistant, microwave safe or suitable for a particular load unless the actual product instructions state this. Keep potentially hazardous kitchen tools away from children without appropriate supervision. These instructions do not exclude our responsibility for defective products or inaccurate descriptions.

Website text, photographs, illustrations and brand elements may be protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping; commercial copying or reuse requires the relevant rights holder’s permission.
